The smell hits you right away here: Christmas- pastry. Kinda in a rasisin buns/pastry-like way, there is no doubt whatsoever. The beers colour is rather darkand seems to have a light consistency. This goes to show when it comes to taste as well; right down that same alley, with clove, pastry, cinnamon, Juniper and raisin. A great beer with direct referance to Christmas.
