With smell of some kind of a stout’ish angle (but clearly with reference to the sibling/neighbour in the box), this has eastern spices influence to it. X-mas spices, but greatly camouflaged behind the yeastiness and a hint of liqurice. When tasting, there’s a sense of coffee blended with a combination of cinnamon, fruity sweetness of plum and pastry. The mouthfeel is medium- bodied. There’s a hint of bitterness at the end, but very, very subtle.
