«Göteborgs gårds-IPA» (6%) 3/6

Time to share some thoughts about a refreshing glass of beer! Today we have a Swedish IPA at hand- one from a relatively new brewery I suppose… At least I haven’t seen this around.

Yellow-golden colour. Great head poured- pineapple, citrus and on the nose. As for taste? Let’s get down to it: great carbonation-levels with small bubbles, providing lots of room for the hops. Nothing dominant really, but the somewhat lightstruck body emphasizes the bitter notes for sure. Decent everyday IPA.
