Opening is spices meets yeast acidity, and one can even smell the sweetness in it. Preludium of comfy sweetness, in a velvetish sense. Exceptionally well- balanced, with a hint of the sea to it. Probably goes well in combination with seafood. Sour, sweet and alive- but all the time balanced and great. Inviting deep yellow colour as well.
