Brooklyn brewery «East India pale ale» (6,9%) 3/6

imageThe colour is see-through golden, very clear. Great deal of carbonization helps keeping that refreshing vibe. The malts and fruityness is easy to detect and accompanies eachother well by the nose. Very fruity taste, starting off mildly before evolving and turning sweeter and some sharp hoppy crispyness midway through. Medium texture, perhaps more storage could’ve helped? The ABV saves it somehow, providing a decent degree of edge. Not the longest lasting taste… A bit simplistic, but round, light and tasty.
